Qualifications:

1. Age: 25-40 years old, college degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, business English and other related majors;

2. More than five years of foreign trade sales management experience, good at analyzing the market demand trend of international and domestic consumer electronics products (mobile phone, tablet, smart home and smart wear are preferred);

3. CET-6, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and smooth communication with foreign customers;

4. Good interpersonal relationship, strong innovation consciousness and pioneering spirit;

5. Careful, serious and responsible, with good communication skills and team spirit;

6. This position needs to travel at home and abroad and have the spirit of hard work.

Job requirements:

1. Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining old customers and establishing good customer relations;

2. Responsible for formulating customer visit plan, actively visiting customers, presiding over business negotiation and transaction, and implementing the recovery of customer payment;

3. Record the contact information of foreign customers and grasp the needs of customers;

4. Organize relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of foreign customers and review the sales contract to ensure that the requirements of customers are met, and make review records;

5. Keep regular follow-up with foreign new customers' samples and deal with customers' requirements in time;

6. Timely handle the complaints of foreign customers and the information, sorting, analysis, summary and classification of unqualified products, feed back the handling results to customers in time, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services;
